Serenity provides cosmetic wig and topper selection, fitting, colour guidance and care for people experiencing medical or treatment-related hair loss.
Serenity does not diagnose or treat hair-loss conditions. Clinical assessment and treatment remain separate services through Restore Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic.
Wig Loaner Program
The program may help eligible clients access a wig while navigating treatment-related hair loss.
Availability and eligibility vary. Contact Serenity for details and to see if you qualify.
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Serenity can provide a special receipt for insurance or tax purposes upon request.

Questions before you begin?
Is the Fit & Match really free?
Yes. Your first private Fit & Match is free, and there is no obligation to purchase.
Do I need to know whether I want a wig or topper?
No. Helping you understand that difference is part of the appointment. You can also complete the Match Finder before booking if you would like a suggested starting point.
Should I choose in person or virtual?
Choose in person if you want to try on available options at our Grande Prairie boutique. Choose virtual if you live elsewhere in Canada or want guided measurements, colour support and a curated shortlist before deciding what to order or try.
In-person appointments are 60 minutes. Virtual appointments are 30 minutes.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You may bring one trusted support person to your in-person Fit & Match if that would make you more comfortable.
What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene requirements, all sales are final and Serenity does not accept returns, online or in-boutique. We encourage new clients to use the free Fit & Match before purchasing.
Can a wig be covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by insurer and individual policy. Contact your insurer before purchasing to ask about eligibility, required documentation and reimbursement limits. Serenity can provide a special receipt for insurance or tax purposes upon request.
Can Serenity help with medical hair loss?
Yes. Serenity provides private cosmetic wig and topper fitting, matching and care support. We do not diagnose or treat the condition causing hair loss.
When clinical scalp or hair-loss assessment may be appropriate, we can explain the separate services available through Restore Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic.
