Returns & Exchange Policies
Our Boutique does not offer refunds, we only do exchanges. We do offer exchanges or a store credit for that exchange. There is no expiry dates to store credit.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items.
All returned items must be in its original packaging with none of the original packaging/labels removed. The returned item must not have been tried on extensively as to disrupt the factory pre-set, worn, brushed, combed, washed, and it must be completely scent-free, no tobacco smoke or perfume. All packaging has to be sent back as it was received.
Once you receive your order and see that the colour or look is not for you, you have 5 days to begin the exchange.
Please Give Us a Call immediately with your name, email and description of the item you wish to exchange. We will send you an RMA number to proceed with the exchange. Once you receive the authorization number and return instructions from us, you must return the goods within a day or two during which time we will assist you in your alternate color selection or store credit.
